We’re delighted to announce the publication of our Annual Report.
This document celebrates the key achievements of the Trust and our schools during 2024/2025 including our school improvement work, our employer engagement, our student destinations, and our progress against our strategic plan. It also launches our new strategic plan, covering 2025-2030, which builds on the lessons of the last five years and responds both to the evolving national educational landscape and the needs of our Trust.

This Annual Report enables us to reflect on our progress, celebrate our successes, and focus on our new strategic plan. I am really excited to bring this to life over the next five years and help more students and staff live successful lives and careers.

Equity, pedagogy, curriculum and culture are the focuses for us in our new Education Strategy, a key part of our new strategic plan, and whether we are supporting families to improve attendance, pioneering new programmes to support students left out of education, or investing in staff development programmes to further improve classroom practice, we are always working on these levers. I am delighted to be able to share the highlights of our year, the incredible destinations our students have achieved, and our key focuses for the future.
