Six schools – one family
ALET is made up of six schools – two comprehensive secondary schools and four UTCs, STEM-focused secondary schools and sixth forms who take students from years 10 to 13.
Our schools work together with a culture of shared leadership, expertise, resources and efficiencies. We deliver an excellent education within a caring and nurturing environment. We see ourselves as a central community hub and strive to provide equal access to education, opportunities and support for all.
There is no insistence on one ‘top down’ model that is applied to every school. Each of our schools has its own unique characteristics, communities and needs, and the Trust encourages each school to retain and nurture that individuality.
Our talented and inspirational principals are responsible for the day-today leadership, management and organisation of the schools and ensure that this individuality is celebrated.
