Pensioners from the Theale community enjoyed tea, cake and bingo at the school’s annual tea party.
On Wednesday 24 April, the Sixth Former pulled together to create a fabulous event, with our head team, Beatriz Bruscato, Thomas Bowsher, Gabor Konyi and Celine Ferreira doing an incredible job of leading and organising the event.
Visitors enjoyed taking part in a quiz and playing bingo, as well as chatting with other members of Sixth Form who made tea, served sandwiches and cream teas.
The event was thoroughly enjoyed by all who attended, including the grandmother of a former student who was telling us all about his accomplishments and a gentleman who worked at the school as a cleaner for many years.
We are really proud of the students’ contributions to this wonderful event, and thank you to the local businesses who showed incredible support with prizes for bingo, including Wokefield Park, Cobbs Farm shop, Burghfield Spices and Starbucks
